Pulsar sends one certified technician to install and activate your Starlink. Up to 4 hours on-site. $1,000 + travel costs.

On-site technician performs a physical survey to determine requirements and estimated costs. $299 + travel costs.
Pulsar Professional Services
Remote reboot, network monitoring, NOC engineers, equipment inventory with next-day shipping, and full warranty coordination (RMA). International installation on request.
